*Make sure you have all the proper tools. Most of them are just rachets, but it is nice to have a pad "spreader" to push the pads apart when putting the brakes pads back on the rotor. If you don’t already have a lathe have your rotors turned before putting on new pads. Some people just "sand" them with new pads, but you only want to do that if your doing an open track day and a better time is the priority.
